The taste is characterized by special and delicate hints of apple, the result of a long natural fermentation in an autoclave that defines the full and foamy body and balances the acidity. The nose is delicate, a fruity and aromatic bouquet. The presence of numerous old and sometimes very old vines contributes to the enhancement of the quality of the vineyards of our Prosecco DOCG. The ancient vine of our product can be defined as “the memory of the territory”. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with legume and seafood soups, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats, especially poultry.
